BOS offers a full time on-site human resource and management team that will provide administrative assistance, organize employment contracts, orientation and inductions for all new staff, conduct monthly staff well-being check ins with any concerns reported back to clients, facilitate culture training, assist in performance management, conduct staff development programs and employee engagement activities, and organize the appropriate procedures for employment termination. BOS has a web-based attendance management system which provides real time reporting and customized attendance reports to cater to the clients’ requirements. Full-time, on-site management to identify and resolve any issues with the facilities, to liaise and consult with the clients’ representatives and provide advice, if and as required.
