A committee created to infuse fun in everything that BOS does as an organization and to help fulfill the BOS culture of Fun at Work.
Joy Grants
Rewards (monetary or non-monetary) to accommodate an idea that will bring more joy to a particular department or to the whole organization.
Joy Events
Regular company activities that are organized by the Joy Gang which include food, fun and games.
Joy Giving
Activities spearheaded by the Joy Gang that gives joy to distressed individuals, groups or communities.
